Eating a Cloud

Ever wonder what a cloud would feel, or even, taste like?

Well, wonder no more!

This is officially my Spring/Summer treat!

Taffy Apple Salad

½ cup pineapple juice

½ cup sugar

1 T flour

2 T apple cider vinegar

1 egg

8oz cool whip

3 apples chopped small

2 cups marshmallows

Cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour, vinegar, and egg

over medium heat until it boils and thickens.

Let cool completely.

Mix with cool whip.

Add apples and marshmallows and mix well.

Chill two hours before serving.
